On the day of Eylau, the regiment is under the command of General Colonel Lepic. The shards of Russian shells easily carve a path through the snowflakes, striking men and horses. Suddenly, a voice rises, dominating the grave situation. It is Lepic who shouts: "Heads up, grapeshot is not shit!"

We believe that a good wargame should encourage players to adopt the behaviors that characterize the historical era being simulated or reenacted. This game allows you to easily learn the distinctive elements of the Napoleonic historical period, in order to perceive the right relationship with the mentality of the time.

First the French Revolutionary Wars and then the Napoleonic Wars were a sort of convulsive fever that kept the governments and armies of the entire European continent blocked for over twenty years. From 1789, the year of the Revolution, to Napoleon's defeat at Waterloo in 1815, millions of men across the continent sacrificed themselves for their battalions and regiments.

The purpose of Su le Teste! is to allow two players to reenact a “standard” Napoleonic battle included in the historical period roughly ranging from the Battle of Austerlitz, in Austria in 1805, to the “conclusive” one at Waterloo, in Belgium in 1815: a maximum duration of 10 rounds, with an actual playing time not exceeding three hours.

Su le Teste! allows you to battle on the compact playing surface of 180x120 cm, on which two enemy armies composed of Commanders and Units are deployed, with specific tactical Objectives and distinctive Terrain Elements that modify the battlefield.

Su le Teste! also includes Supplements that feature scenarios to revisit some of the historical battles: The Niece of Old Battles is already available and contains all the elements needed to stage the Battle of Raab of June 14, 1809, where the Franco-Italian forces clashed with the Austrian ones.

The game system is designed to have players perform actions that are as historically accurate as possible and compatible with the combat methods of the time. The combination of different choices, their execution at the right moment, and the ability to anticipate the opponent's actions are the elements that make the biggest difference when playing Su le Teste!.

The rulebook in Italian is collected in a refined 136-page A4 volume, completely in color, rich in images and illustrations, bound with a sturdy metal spiral that allows it to be used comfortably both during the learning of the rules, in acquiring resources to produce game materials, and for consultation at the table during the course of the battle.

A system of just 64 pages of rules, enriched with details and historical references, explanatory tables, and clarifying examples, guides even the least experienced player step by step. The game is modern, easy to learn, inexpensive to set up, fun to play, and incredibly deep to master.

60 pages of valuable resources that allow players, especially those who have never played a wargame before, to learn and clarify the technical glossary. But even more important are the Inserts from which you can produce the "toy soldiers" to put on the table: a nice saving for those who still need to figure out if their curiosity to try a three-dimensional wargame will turn into a strong passion.

Su le Teste! guides you into the world of three-dimensional gaming without requiring a substantial investment in toy soldiers and historical miniatures, nor the setup of complex and demanding dioramas. Likewise, those who already have their own hobby collection won't have to give it up. This rulebook puts everyone in agreement! So let the more experienced players involve the apprentices and let the challenge begin.

Su le Teste! is a historical wargame for Napoleonic battles and campaigns from 1805 to 1815 by Aldo Ghetti and Roberto Carboni, developed and produced by Sir Chester Cobblepot, for 2 or more players, ages 12 and up, and Top Hat Games holds the exclusive rights to the new edition, for which the first Supplements are available.

The three-dimensional tactical game system for Napoleonic battles and campaigns Su le Teste! is currently available only in Italian in two volumes, in A4 format bound with a metal spiral: New Edition Rulebook, 136 pages, and the Supplement La Nipote di Vecchie Battaglie, 26 pages.
